Free shipping on all orders above RM180 in Malaysia. 

Peninsular Malaysia - RM8.50 under 1kg

Sabah/Sarawak -  RM 15.00 under 1 kg

Deliveries within Malaysia is processed within 1-3 days after order and payment is completed. We use Pgeon depending on your location and availability of door-to-door pick-up by the courier. Orders within Peninsular Malaysia should arrive in 1-3 business days after delivery and 3-7 business days in East Malaysia


We ship worldwide. International orders are processed within 1-3 days after order and payment is completed.  We use Aramex and Janio Asia for all international shipping depending on your location and availability of door-to-door pick-up by the courier. You can choose either carrier as they have different rates. A country specific shipping fee will be applied for international orders. We offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount which depends on the zone your country is in. You can see the amount at checkout. Your order should arrive within 10-15 business days after it is shipped.

Kindly expect delays due to COVID-19 outbreak

**Kindly note that we will not be responsible for matters pertaining to delays of shipping, damages during transit, loss of parcel. Please note the delivery fee does not include any applicable import charges, taxes and duties by customs in your country. Customers are responsible for taxes and duties. 



Refunds are only applicable for faulty or damaged items. We check every order before it goes out to minimize issues. Batik is a unique art. Some of our batik designs are handmade and therefore there will be some variation.

If you received an item that is faulty or damaged, please send us an email at [email protected] as soon as possible as the returns for faulty items are valid within 10 days after receiving your purchased items. Items are considered faulty when you receive them damaged. Kindly note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. 

The method of refund will be treated on a case by case basis, discussed with you prior to crediting your account. You will be notified should your refund be approved or rejected. If approved, the refunded amount shall be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.

Please note that shipping costs for returns of damaged items are borne by you. You are responsible for the items until they arrive at The Batik Life.


Unused items may be returned within 10 days of receipt for an exchange . Items should still have tags attached and should be unwashed, unaltered and in an unworn condition.

We only exchange damaged items or sizing issues. If the item does not fit, you can email us to exchange the item to another size which is subject to our stock availability. Please note that returns will be made at your own cost.

Non-exchangeable items include accessories. However, we exchange accessories if they arrive to you faulty. We will make replacement once the faulty item is received by us.
